We had a great stay, with a clean and tidy room centrally located close to supermarkets and cafes. It was lovely to see the town bustling with tourists for the festival. the room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
There was a minor issue with a leaking shower cubicle, which was fixed as soon as we reported it.

Decided to spend Christmas in this town but unfortunately the accommodation we booked was not available, but we had to be happy with what we got. the location of the place was good, it was easy to walk to the shops, restaurants, and attractions. the room had a comfortable bed and clean linen and the shower worked well.
We had a bad experience finding the location of our hotel, it was impossible to find and we had to ask for directions. the exterior of the hotel was ugly and unappealing with the look of public housing.

The location was perfect - right in the middle of town, close to all the restaurants and bars we wanted to visit. , the room was spacious and comfortable, with a big bed and nice shower. Another advantage was that there was free Wi-Fi available throughout our stay.
The outside of the property was rather plain, with not much to look at. , there seemed to be a lack of attention to detail - we had to request extra spoons and there was no big spoon available for breakfast.
